Update on my back. I had a procedure done today to help stabilize my back. At my July appointment the Dr.’s realized that my healing was not progressing anymore. They decided that it was time to take action. Everything went well this morning. I was only supposed to have one vertebrae repaired, but, they noticed that T11 wasn’t healed as much as they thought it should be according to my last MRI, so my Dr. decided it was best to stablize that one also. I am back home recovering. I’m very sore, which they told me I would be. I hope this heals quickly, so I can get back to work. It’s taken way longer then I expected. I really appreciate all of your patience. I really miss all of my friends, and ExSalonce family. Hoping to be back by September. Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. It has been a long haul and hopefully I’m on the mend.

I’d like to thank all my family, my ExSalonce family and friends for the gifts, cards, well wishes, thoughts and prayers. I’m so blessed to have you all in my life. I got good news yesterday. My back is staying aligned, so, hopefully no surgery. The downer is, It’s healing very slowly. They will reassess in 6 weeks. Mean while, I get to hang out with theses goofy pups.

After being in quarantine for the past two weeks, I just want to remind everyone to do their part in fighting this Covid-19 virus. If you have an appointment to visit the salon, please remember how important it is to reschedule if you know you have been exposed to COVID-19 or you have any symptoms. I know it’s cold and allergy season, I know the symptoms are similar to COVID symptoms, if you have any signs of these symptoms, please reschedule. Don’t take any chances with other people’s lives. It is up to us to do the right thing for our family, friends and strangers.

I know that having our hair and nails done makes us all feel good. We are an Essential business for mental health. We our proud that you have chosen us to take care of your personal needs. It truly is a privilege that we don’t take for granted. We take great pride in our work and want to continue to service all of your needs.
