First students in the new studio. September 7th 2021
No one wants to think about winter, but we all know that getting into healthy routines before it hits increases our likelihood of claiming higher energy level, less weight gain, and joy over the approaching cold cloudy season.
In order to help us all with accountability, I’be decided to offer free fitness testing for all session participants. Included in these measures are body composition, cardiovascular & muscular endurance, and flexibility. From these measurements, we will work together to establish specific goals to work toward through the fall and winter months.

Want to boost your immune system, get fit, and make new friends? Join us on Mondays & Thursdays at 4:30 pm, or Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 pm, at our brand new studio in Fenton. Session runs from September 7th - October 29th. Participants will get cardiovascular, balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility training, while building a network of friends to support them on their fitness journey. Classes are run by an experienced Exercise Physiologist and tapered to each individual’s ability level.
Bring water, indoor exercise shoes, and a sweat towel. Stations are generally 6’ or more apart and cleaned between each user. $290 for 8-week session or $20/class at the door.

By popular demand, I will be offering another 6-week session starting the first week of November. Classes will be moving inside The Road Community Church (301 East South Holly Rd, Fenton) Monday & Wednesday’s from 5:00-6:00. If you pay for the session up front, it’s $180 ($15/class). Drop-ins $20/class.
Due to COVID, please expect temperature checks upon arriving. Please also bring a sweat towel, water bottle, yoga/exercise mat and exercise band. We exercise in stations 6-feet apart, but I cannot require masks due to labored breathing during exercise.
Classes are catered to all levels of exercise beginner to advanced. If you have special circumstances you are concerned about, please pm me.

Tonight was so fun! If you missed it, I hope to see you Weds, same time and place (Bush park-the st.Johns school lot off of Lincoln street). Session is $180 ($15/class), with free Fridays (session time TBA-possibly 4:30). If you can only drop-in occasionally ($20/class), we would love to see you whenever you can make it. Hope to see more of you on Wednesday! 😊 bring extra water (supposed to be 80 degrees), and p*e b4 you come (not sure if the bathrooms are open).
Okay friends, who’s ready to commit to get fit? I’m tentatively planning on starting a 6-week ‘Fall into Fitness Boot Camp’ starting this Monday, Sept. 14th, from 3:00-4:00 and again from 5:30-6:30 on Mondays & Wednesday’s. However, I need a minimum of 3 pre-paid students per class to run them. Cost is ($15/class) $180. Drop-in only fee is $20/class.
I’m going to also host one Friday class each week that is free for pre-paid participants to attend which will also serve as the “make-up” class for increment weather.
All classes are free for personal training clients working 2 or more sessions a week with me already.
So far I have Janice, Juli, and Annette down for the 3:00 class, and Polly, Maureen, and Linda for the 5:30. Who else is in?

I’m thinking of putting together a 6 - week boot camp starting the week of September 14th and going through the week of October 19th. We would meet at different parks around the Fenton, Linden, Holly area. Rather than trying to re-schedule make-up days for inclement weather, I was thinking of offering the 3rd day of each week for free, and I would just work out with you. Off the cuff, I’m thinking Monday, Weds, and Fridays at 4:30, but I’m flexible with the time. I need several participants to make it run, so please respond to this message or text me privately with your level of interest.
