My clients received multiple offers, with five well above the asking price! After accepting an offer for a substantial amount over, they could not be happier to have closed on their home today!

One year ago today I took the real estate exam. The memory popped up on Snapchat and I just had to share!

Buyers may be surprised to learn that builders tend to not include things such as: landscaping, appliances, deck/patio, gutters, bathroom hardware, water, softeners, mirrors, etc.
It is possible that the beautiful model home you may tour is full of upgrades that are not reflected in the base price.
New builds can be an amazing option as a buyer! However, you should understand what is standard, upgraded, and what to budget for before you sign š¤
