Our staff members are dedicated to providing the finest quality of care and customer service to our patients and referral sources. We provide in-home respiratory equipment as well as complex power mobility equipment.

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual who will maintain a visible, positive attitude towards our clients and referral sources at all times. A pleasant and caring approach to each individual client, particularly during times of high volume phone calls and client issues, is a requirement. This position often represents the first impression that the client has of our organization and is critical to sustaining a high level of loyalty to the business. The candidate must possess superior multitasking abilities.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday. We offer an hourly pay rate

Education/Experience:

Prior working knowledge in Durable Medical Company is desirable, but not a must.
High school diploma and post high school training a plus.
Front desk, reception, patient scheduling or billing in a high volume healthcare office is desirable, but individuals with experience in other service-related industries with high volumes and extensive customer interaction will be considered.
Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook email experience a plus with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Healthline will conduct drug and background checks in our recruiting/hiring processes.
