Missy Slay was on FOX 2 News this morning to talk about the TASK Rock 'n' Roll St. Louis Marathon and all the good it does for charitable benefactor, TASK. Last year's marathon raised $1.3 million for TASK and this year looks very promising as well. "We keep on hill training and endurance every week with our running group and our trainer Christine. Each weekend a group meets for long runs. On the weekend 14th of September and 15th of September the running group split up to participate in two quite different events:

The first one was a 10k night in Hannover – the second one was a “survival run” over 8k where the runners had to run an obstacle course!
