WHO WE ARE:

Die-Sect — is a metal band based in Fenton, Michigan, known for their energetic and aggressive blend of metalcore, groove metal, and thrash metal. They explore heavy themes in their music, often touching on topics such as brutality, death, and gore.

Formation and Status:

Formed in 2009 performing their first showcases at the world famous The Machine Shop in Flint, Michigan.
Continuing to perform live for 16 years at an array of established venues around the State of Michigan.
They are active and writing currently.

Die-Sect primarily plays in the metalcore and groove metal genres, drawing from elements of thrash metal. Their music often embodies dark and intense themes, resonating well with fans of heavier music.

This Memory was from back when people played CD’s still. That was the last life of being able to really put in the work and promote yourself like a label would.
Now you might get added to a playlist if you’re lucky.

—We were on a mix CD being handed out upon exit of a Hatebreed sponsored festival in Hartford Connecticut (home of Hatebreed) with our song “Beating People” and a notable up and coming band from the Eastern coast “Thy Will Be Done” along with 13 other bands so 15 in all were on the CD.

We were recently gifted the badge of “Top Fan” for Dragaw from Detroit.
Facebook asked us for the best moment with them.
It’s right now. 😂
