FUSION Gala tickets are on sale now! Join us on Saturday, August 8th, at Dumas Bay Centre for an amazing evening of live and silent auctions, Wizard of Oz-themed dinner and drinks, fun games, and meaningful generosity. This night is one where the community comes together to fundraise for our mission of providing housing and support services to families experiencing homelessness in our community so they will have a safe, secure environment as they work toward self-sufficiency.

Our summer Chat Box club is starting up again soon, and we are looking for a donation that could really excite the kids and teens who attend this weekly summer hang at The Pete. Do you have a Nintendo Switch or similar gaming device that you would be willing to donate to FUSION? Chat Box is an important program at FUSION, that engages kids during the summer months, connects them with new friends, and gives them a mentor to look up to while they are staying with FUSION. One of the fun activities we like to do is gaming tournaments! Getting the kids laughing and competing together is a fun way to build confidence and help kids be kids while staying at the shelter.

If you or someone you know would be willing to part with your gaming console and games, we would greatly appreciate it! Donations can be dropped off at the Pete Andersen FUSION Family Center. Feel free to comment or DM with questions. Thank you for supporting FUSION!

At The Pete Andersen Family Center, we are very lucky to have an assortment of highly skilled volunteers who help deliver much-needed services and expertise to our clients. Morgan is one of our amazing volunteers who donates her time and skills as a hairdresser to help our clients feel confident and beautiful. She is a weekly volunteer at The Pete, and makes sure that every one of our clients walks away feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Thank you for volunteering with FUSION, Morgan!

Huge thank you to South King Fire for the massive donation of over 100 weighted blankets to FUSION! Weighted blankets provide comfort, reduce anxiety, and help our residents feel secure and safe while they are working to rebuild their lives. Thank you for your generous donation. It was like receiving a truck full of warm hugs!

RED Day is Keller Williams’s annual day of giving back! FUSION was lucky enough to be chosen as the non-profit partner this year with Keller Williams Puget Sound. Agents and associates took the day to help beautify the FUSION Decor Boutique and Poverty Bay Cafe & Bakery, and finished off their day by cooking a delicious dinner for families at the Pete Andersen FUSION Family Center. Thank you Keller Williams for giving back to FUSION and helping feed our families!
