Construction of the massive expansion for Dream Island, in Moscow, is almost done! The park is adding an insane 5 new coasters across the 2026 & 2027 season!

The highlight of this outdoor section is a large Intamin Vertical LSM Launch Coaster, which will be the fastest and longest coaster in the country! The coaster stands 167ft tall, has a top speed of 68.4mph, and over 3400ft of track. It features 4 inversions, a beyond veetical drop, and 15 seconds of airtime!

The park is also adding an Intamin Hot Racer, featuring the same layout as Mahuka at Walibi Rhone Alpes, some form of family coaster from Intamin, a Wacky Worm, and the already opened Zierer Force coaster.

Outside of the 5 coasters, they are adding multiple other attractions, such as a Zierer StarShape, River Rapids Ride with an elevator lift, and a 223ft tall drop tower!

This is one of the largest expansions going on in the Amusement Industry currently and we are really interested to see the final product.

Big thanks to one of our followers who sent us these pictures!

Canada's Wonderland has an unprecedented day with both Leviathan and Behemoth valleying in relatively quick succession! This is likely the first time Leviathan has valleyed with guests on ride, while Behemoth's train was empty. The park moved quickly to ensure everyone was safe and evacuated quickly. Both rides have had a history of not making it through their course, but today's situation is just funny.

Have you ever seen a valleyed coaster before?

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disney's Magic Kingdom Theme Park recently reopened after a 16-month long refurbishment! It promptly caught on fire. The area was evacuated and the ride reopened later that day after it was deemed safe to operate again.

The refurbishment brought in a complete retracking of the ride, lowered the minimum height requirement down to 38in, and introduced new themed scenes! While many speak of the tamer ride experience due to the retracking, we are happy to see this classic back up and running!

What is your favorite coaster at Magic Kingdom?

Tokyo DisneySea has announced that Aquatopia will be closing on September 14th, 2026! This unique trackless ride takes guests around a lake filled with various jumping fountains, waterfalls, and jets!

Aquatopia Soaked Version will run from July 2nd - September 14th, for its final summer season! Although we loved the fun vibe of this ride, we can't wait to see how it will be replaced in the future.

We're you a fan of this quirky water ride?

Jeffrey Siebert has announced that he has left his role within Six Flags.

"As you may have heard, I have taken a pause in my career to spend more time with family, especially our moms who are with us in San Antonio. While this time is a gift, no doubt I will miss my Six Flags family and seeing all of you. The company has been so supportive and will continue to blaze a trail to new horizons."

His passion for the industry shined brightest during his time as Park President of Six Flags Fiesta Texas since 2016, before becoming the Regional General Manager of the Texas parks. With his leadership, the park has flourished into one of our favorite parks in the country!

While Six Flags as a whole has been under fire recently due to layoffs within their corporate structure, we do NOT believe he was affected by these & think that the timing is a coincidence.

His hard work will be appreciated for years to come, and we hope he is able to soak up every possible moment with his family during this pause in his career.

we cannot wait for what is next! ❤️
