Had a wonderful time teaching outdoors this weekend. Great weather, amazing and talented acro students, exactly what I needed. It was such a pleasure serving you all.

Celebrate 5 years of teaching this Friday with Daniel Conn.
After five adventurous years, we are wrapping up our Friday AcroLife classes.
Don't miss out on our final pops class and say goodbye, for now.
Class starts at 7pm and is followed by a jam session.

As the month draws to a close so does our classes for awhile. With the busy acro festivals in October, to the space we are in moving to another location. AcroLife will be closing. Thank you all from the depth of my heart, for your trust and love over the years. My first class was in 2013 and it's been my extreme honor to serve. Your all so amazing!!! This friday will be our pops class wrap up so don't miss out. Until the next time......safe practice. DC.

Our POPS series continues this Friday!
You will not want to miss this dive in to the wonderful world of getting airborne.
Work on those tuck sits everyone, you will need them for class, Friday at 7pm.

Play catch with your friends! We listened to you, our students, and have an exciting opportunity for a Pops series coming up in September, during our regular class time!

The series will run on Fridays, September 7-28th, a class card will cover the cost or your can purchase the entire series for $50.

This series will build on each week so attending all of the classes will help you succeed.
We welcome all levels for this pops series and will also have some non-pops material for our beginning students.

During class on Friday, we introduced a new progression from reverse star, which will lead in to a never-been-taught washing machine!
The beginning students were turned upside-down and tried their hand at shoulder stands.
We love watching all of you progress and grow with each class!

And a reminder that we will not have class next week, Friday August 17th.
