My husband just pointed out that the bibles are the wrong color in "Let's go to the Meeting" - I love it! I guess we will have to change them to the silver swords on the next run. Love our new bibles!!!

Nothing brought me more joy than to be with my family at the Annual Meeting this weekend - watching my kids eyes light up! And I am so impressed with the friends at keeping the media hush hush so we could all experience it together! I am excited to read the bible with my children. I am excited to be in this organization!

I feel nostalgic when I read such great articles about our Brothers and Sisters that attend the Long Beach convention. I miss the Friends in So Cal and the beautiful backdrop of Long Beach. Witnesses' exodus signals summer's end For me, it means summer is here, since nearly every weekend from May through September, they converge on the Long Beach Arena. And when they leave – after this weekend's convention – it means summer is over.

Gearing up for our Tacoma Dome convention with some Invitation work. It is another great time to include your little ones at the door. Hope everyone is having fun this summer!

First day of the Memorial tract work starts today! This is a great time to teach little ones to practice speaking at the door. A simple "Here's your invitation" works before the parent can explain what the invitation is for. ;)

We just heard about the Connecticut Elementary School shooting this morning. Our hearts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.
