A new Build 2 Lead documentary inspired by our P.O.W.E.R. Listening Sessions and led by our Community Council.

This film centers the voices, journeys, dreams, and lived experiences of Black and Brown providers, professionals, and community members impacted by the healthcare system.

Born from community truth, healing, and shared power, “It’s In Me” is part of our broader P.O.W.E.R. Initiative to increase pathways to healthcare careers, information, and access to care for Black and Brown communities. The work draws from 8 listening sessions with 93 community members who named the realities and solutions our communities deserve.
