Our team of doctors and staff at Federal Way Naturopathy is dedicated to patient care that is reliable, affordable, and attainable. We have strived to live these ideals every day since opening our doors in 1998.

Our busy integrative naturopathic practice is looking for a friendly, organized, enthusiastic Medical Assistant to support us in achieving our mission.

You will work with experienced medical assistants and receptionists, offering both back and front office support for 6 NDs in a primary care setting. Responsibilities include taking vitals, rooming patients, urinalysis, vaccine administration, cleaning and stocking treatment rooms, scheduling patients, assisting with prior authorizations, greeting, and directing patients, responding to patients’ questions and assisting providers as needed.

Ability to work well with a team is essential. Must be professional, efficient, detail oriented, dependable, and able to multi-task under pressure. Your personality and presence help our patients and their families feel welcome and cared for as they navigate their health care needs.

You must have:

· High School diploma/GED

· WA state CMA license or the ability to obtain certification in the next 2-3 months.

· At least 1 year of relevant work experience, however, for the right candidate, we are open to a new graduate.

This position is approximately 30-40 hours per week.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for a Medical Front Office Receptionist to support us in achieving our mission. You will work with other experienced staff offering front office support for 6 NDs in a primary care setting.
The Medical Receptionist is the first person point of contact for a patient on behalf of our practice and must possess excellent customer service and phone etiquette. This position is responsible for all tasks at the front desk to include reception, schedule appointments, check in patients, obtain billing information, provide patient account assistance, and maintain electronic medical records.
Our ideal candidate would also be licensed as a CNA or CMA and able to assist our back office staff as needed. Salary would increase if licensed.
