The Housing Case Manager reports to the Director of Shelter & Housing.

Provides support to families in the agency's two-year transitional housing program and prepares them for transition into permanent housing.

Helps company secure stable housing for all programs when requested. Represents company in community.

* Empowerment Counseling/Case Management
* Assist in obtaining children's resources
* Create goals & plans
* Help select program participants
* Track client finances/employment
* Make housing/rental connections

Requirements
* BA/BS Human Services Field
* Year's experience in or related field
* Domestic Violence Training
* FBI/Child Abuse/State Criminal
* Valid license/transportation

Monitor student behavior within and outside the classroom.
Assist with the implementation of every students Individual Education Plan (IEP)
When school is closed, transition into the Youth Care Worker role.

You will need a 2 year college degree or a high school diploma with 3 years experience in the field.
Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
Credentials Packet required.

Always be positive and supportive.
Follow administrators direction.
Assist with curriculum.
Follow Child Protective Services Law (CPSL)
Adhere to clients policies.
Assist with crisis intervention and passive physical restraints when necessary.

7:30am to 3:30pm.
Monday to Friday.

Where are the workers?

I am currently looking for adults to work as Youth Care Workers with teenage students on a campus in Flourtown, PA.

Pay starts at $13 an hour. If you have experience working with teenage kids in the junior or high school level, you will be paid more.

Your job responsibility will be to oversee a group of teenage students and make sure they are safe and following campus rules. You will be given paid training for this position.

You will also be required to obtain a list of credentials prior to starting. We will help you obtain these. You will be required to have a PA State Criminal, PA Child Abuse and FBI background check.

There is public transportation to and from the campus but having a car is preferred.

I have a client who is looking for temp staff in and around the Quakertown area. They have intellectually disabled adults who require at home assistance. You will work in one location for your shift and time as a temp. You will not work in multiple houses. You select shifts which work for your schedule. $13 is the starting hourly rate.
