Commencement! Wow this year blew by fast...

Yesterday evening, studio GA Jackson Kuphal with his brass trio put on an intense and captivating recital of contemporary works! Well done!

STUDENT SUCCESS: Congratulations to Mac Dishman on their acceptance to the participant class of AND being advanced to the semifinal round of the excerpt competition!

Last weekend the studio’s GA, Jackson Kuphal, gave an incredible recital featuring a quite varied, yet cohesive program! His playing was superb!

Congratulations to Mac Dishman, Aammar Khan, and the rest of Diamond State Brass on a successful well-rounded recital! Selections were from the repertoire of Bach, Ewald, Arutiunian, and Pollack.

The Razorbones Select Octet put on a stellar showing at the American Trombone Workshop this afternoon! A wide variety of selections, one of which featured UARK alum SSG Michael Burner of The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own."

Should you be so inclined, the Razorbones will be performing at the American Trombone Workshop on Saturday, March 28 at 3:30 PM! In addition, our very own Dr. Mixdorf will be performing the day prior with the Blue Ridge Quartet. We would love to see you there!

Since our last post regarding ATW funding, we have been blessed with enormous generosity from many of you, having received $1000 in donations! This means the world to our group; being given the opportunity to travel and share our work with the greater trombone community is a privilege that we do not take for granted.
