I’m cooking up some fun with some new tees and posters for the upcoming launch.

Now I have to scan it and complete the designs.

I went to bed in a foul mood and woke up equally foul.

I went to the library, took a picture of my resting face and this is the result.

I generally don’t get down a lot anymore, but life is hard, and I think I care too much.

New Year’s Day 2026 finds me grateful for all the wonderful moments and growth I experienced throughout 2025.

During the past year I had adventures with my wife, made memories with our family, collaborated with friends and felt more myself than I have since my life changed dramatically three years ago.

My lung disease brought me to my lowest point and forced me to rebuild myself physically, emotionally and even creatively

After three years of hard work I’m physically stronger, more connected to my creative self, and my life is governed by a sense of peace and contentment than I thought possible for myself.

Things are hard and many struggles remain, but I AM HERE and in love with my life.

Thank you to EVERYONE who has been in my life and held me up during this transformative time.

As always, no one survives alone.
