Today, Macson proudly celebrates four years in business.
What began as a vision to create a security company founded on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service has grown into a thriving reality. Bruce and Jamie started with determination, industry experience, and a clear business plan—without investors or financial backing beyond a loan and their commitment to success.
Drawing on their backgrounds in law enforcement, the military, and the security industry, they worked tirelessly to build Macson from the ground up. Through hard work, perseverance, and an unwavering dedication to their mission, they transformed their dream into a successful and growing company.
As contracts were secured and client relationships expanded, Macson continued to grow. What started as a small operation has evolved into a team of 40 employees and counting. From our outstanding field supervisors, officers, administrators and HR team, each of you has played an essential role in making Macson the company it is today.
