Kristyn from Sun Glass Cortez shared this little piece of Colorado history!

"Today, I had the opportunity to measure historic glass at Ames Station. Built in 1890, Ames was home to one of the world’s earliest commercial uses of alternating-current (AC) electricity, helping prove that electricity could be transmitted over long distances.

More than 130 years later, much of the incredible history and equipment can still be seen inside. We’re excited to play a small part in preserving this historic Colorado landmark! 🪟"
