Did not feel like hitting it tonight!
But I told myself just 1 hour and you'll feel better after ... Like always! Now I'm smiling ..
Because at the end of the day you don't need to kill every workout.
Progress is not loud. It's quiet, boring and consistent.
You just need to keep showing up and one day progress roars!

Speaking of PAIN, this 15 mile Hood Mesa trail race/run was brutal but I survived and pushed through
To be honest I hate running But I've learned the fastest way to build mental resilience, avoid stagnation and enhance personal growth is to do the things you don't want to.
Besides massive cramps in my calves and quads at the end, we made it through 😆

There's always plenty to smile about!
Here's a fun fact- did you know you can teach an earthworm to navigate a maze? If an organism that's basically a dirt-filled tube can figure out a maze you with the human brain can definitely learn, change and try new things.
