Today is Veterinary Appreciation Day, which is a day dedicated to recognizing the amazing work of veterinary professionals and staff!

At Torigen, we know firsthand how veterinary teams often work long, hard hours while insuring the best possible care for our furry friends.

And when delivering a cancer diagnosis, it often takes lots of compassion and empathy to guide owners through a challenging time.

We appreciate all the veterinary teams who utilize our cancer immunotherapy in their practice. Together, we can change the way cancer is treated.

One of our top questions: How much tumor tissue is required?

Typically, we can successfully manufacture vaccines using approximately 5 grams of tissue (non-formalin fixed), which corresponds to a mass roughly equivalent to a standard size marble.

Torigen Pharmaceuticals

Our experimental autologous cancer vaccine is a personalized treatment created from the patient's deactivated tumor cells. Treatments like these work to activate the immune system against specific tumor-associated antigens found on the outside surface of the tumor cells that are different than normal 'self' cells.

With over 10 years of supporting pre-clinical research, our treatment is a whole cell tissue vaccine. Treatments like these allow for a variety of tumor associated antigens to be presented to the immune system. By utilizing a portion of the animal's own tumor tissue, we create a personalized treatment specific to the individual animal's cancerous cells.

Visit our website at www.torigen.com to chat live with our experts!

Experimental Autologous Cancer Vaccines created by Torigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. are regulated by the USDA Center for Veterinary Biologics. For use under supervision/prescription of a licensed veterinarian. Safety & efficacy have not been established.
