Pen full of Rage!

I never knew how vivid a picture words can create

How verbalizing your feelings can moisturize my face

From the manifestation of emotions streaming like a lake

Or

A stream

So in return I choose to scream

Rage lives within my pen

Breathing life into the page as it dances so free

Committing to the very thing that takes full control of me

Emotions

I swear I suck as showing how I feel

Most of the time

And I’m not ashamed to admit that

But that’s what writing is for

Rage did that

Or should I say does

I imagine my fingers hugging a friend

I mean my pen

Full of rage

Not the type of rage that thrives off hurt

But the kind that understands it and turns it into merch

It was you

Not kevin heart that taught people to laugh at their pain

Until we cried tears of joy

Catch every drop on page and share it with our voice

With those in which have not yet found their own

It’s amazing how Rage gives pain a home

With open arms embracing it with his soul

I guess he carried more weight than he could hold

Not once did I offer to help carry the load

I want to give a big shoutout to my not only my PT but also a brother of mine This is the result of a lifestyle change and of course a little bit of hard work and dedication. No one said it would be easy, but that’s why the reward is that much sweeter!

I managed to drop 90 pounds in 7 months with the help of Personal training from (1/18/19)-(1/23/19). It has become a lifestyle and I have had the opportunity to meet some super dope workout partners on the way .
