This Margarita Cake is flavored with lime and plenty of tequila for a moist and tender layer cake that is so full of margarita flavor! Perfect for Cinco de Mayo!

Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Piña Colada 🍋
Ingredients:
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/4 cup cream cheese
Ice cubes
Whipped cream
Lime zest
Graham cracker rim
Instructions:
In a blender, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, key lime juice, cream cheese, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Rim the glass with crushed graham crackers.
Pour the mixture into the glass.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest.

Bring your appetite. Learn new techniques and expand your cooking knowledge while incorporating our fresh produce and ideas. The cooking classes are held in our Farmers Branch studio on the 2nd Friday of the month.
