The one and only Dr Megan Spencer is joining the Empower Counseling team!

Dr Spencer is a powerhouse of a woman with a wealth of knowledge. She has a deep commitment to mental health, the F/M/WF community, and making a difference.

Currently, she provides individual therapy to adults. And in the upcoming weeks and months, Dr Spencer will be available for psychological testing for adults and children, as well as Neurosequential Model of Theraputics (brain mapping of the brain stem through the prefrontal cortex to understand how adverse experiences impact brain development and functioning).

Today we get to celebrate our one and only, Blair, with Admin Professional Day.

To know Blair, is to love her. And if you don’t know her- you are missing out.

She is the smiling face that greets you on the phone and in office, but she is also the heartbeat of Empower. She keeps us on our toes, is always making us laugh, and makes things happen. Here are some fun facts about Blair-

1- She and her husband, Aaron, have been together since she was 18!
2- Although she looks like she is in her 20’s- she actually has children in her 20’s!
3- This woman loves to travel. She always has her next vacation planned, and if she has any say in it- it will be near a beach.
4- If you don’t see fun earrings on Blair, check her pulse because something is seriously wrong.
5- She has managed to put up with Mandy for over 30 years! They have been best friends since middle school.
6- Lastly, Blair is VERY excited to be an auntie again, as her brother and sister in law are having TWINS in the next week. She can’t wait for some baby snuggles!
