Tattoos on females.. hot or not?? or does it depend on the personality of the female?

This tattoo wasn't done around the FM area. I posted it because I thought it was an interesting idea. I am not a comic book fan or anything like that but it might get some ideas going for more interesting pieces here. The work is amazing in my opinion also!

without saying where of bad mouthing ANYONE!! How many of you have gotten tattoos that ended up badly or that after some time you decided it was a bad choice? Did you get it covered or redone?
