Quarantining is always better in a new home, especially when it has lots of space, great amenities, and a beautiful view from your deck! Nile is delighted to celebrate the completion of a new 60-unit market-rate apartment building in Hastings, MN called Vermillion Shores II. Sponsored by Siewert Brothers Investments, this project features spacious modern units with in-unit washer/dryer, heated underground parking, a community gathering and game room, fitness center, added storage space, and a cool new self-pay market by Three Square Market.

Moving from concept to completion in this unusual time takes the work of many great talents. So, shout out to a fantastic project team that included Stotko Speedling Construction as the general contractor, G-Cubed civil engineers, and Larson Engineering, Inc. for structural design.

Nile is pleased to announce that construction on the new Sleep Inn / Mainstay Suites - Great Falls, MT is now complete! If you are in the area, head over to the hotel today at 4:00 p.m. for their ribbon-cutting ceremony. Owned by Town Pump, Inc. this location is one of only 123 such hotels in the nation featuring dual branding (and is the first in Montana!) It features 3,000+ meeting space, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, and sundry with 48-rooms dedicated to Sleep Inn and 42 for Mainstay. As we celebrate another completion, a special shout-out goes to James Talcott Construction and Big Sky Civil & Environmental for their planning, design, and construction contributions to this $8.5 million dollar project.

Imagine a morning stepping out onto your front porch with casual conversations from neighbors as they pass by. A stroll past the apple orchard and the smell of fresh apples lingers in the air as you run your fingertips along the white picket fence. The delicious smell reminds you that you are hungry and it is time to go to the cafe and grab some fresh fruit from the produce stand. Such a lovely start to the day as you greet your visiting daughter by the flower stand and delight in the vibrant array of color.

Seek solutions beyond the ordinary and expected!

Our team pleased to share that the Premier Banks team gathered with Northfield Mayor Rhonda Pownell and members of the Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce recently to break ground and celebrate the new Northfield branch. Designed by Nile, this project is a 3,500 sq. ft. single-story bank building that includes a banking floor, private offices, conference room, drive-thru teller window, and a small outdoor patio.

Fendler Patterson Construction is the general contractor.
On a site developed by Rebound Properties, it sits just adjacent to the 80-room Fairfield Inn & Suites, another recent Rebound/Nile project.

This week, Nile recognized work anniversaries for two team members - Jon Miller, a structural tech moving into his 13th year with our staff, and Sande Kochis, an administrative assistant marking her 25th year!

Jon is a dynamic drafter that is willing and able to take on a variety of different responsibilities regardless of what discipline needs help. His flexibility is one of the many attributes that makes him a valuable member of the project teams he serves. Sande's dedicated service, positive attitude, and willingness to complete any tasks, big or small, represent the team-orientated tone that we strive for here at Nile.

We are excited by what the next year will bring for our entire team, from those marking their first anniversary to those marking soon their 40th!
