Stop by our demonstration centers in Bismarck or Fargo this Tuesday and check out everything from toys for kids to gaming controllers to outside fun like hiking and gardening!

Today is Assistive Technology (AT) Awareness Day! Why is AT so important?
Many people with disabilities’ lives have been transformed by access to AT. AT programs across the US & territories help people of all ages and abilities test and get access to the tools they need to live, learn, work, and thrive.

On AT Awareness Day, join us in celebrating by reading stories from the field! One woman in North Dakota was starting to experience dementia when her daughter-in-law reached out to ND Assistive for support. An AT consultant there demonstrated a range of tools designed to help her with daily living.

- It could make a home, apartment, or workplace much more accessible!!

Devices like this are available through our Possibilities Grant for people who have no other means to acquire them. Your Giving Hearts Day donation goes directly to that grant.
