After gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects as an intern, Kassidy now begins the next chapter of her career with ZBA. A recent graduate of North Dakota State University, she brings a passion for thoughtful design, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to create meaningful spaces that serve people and communities. When she's not at work, Kassidy enjoys running, caring for her new puppy, and spending time with family and friends.

Trinity Lutheran Church - Moorhead was designed to support gathering, connection, and community — and this summer, the space is doing just that.

Every Tuesday from 3:30–6:30 p.m., Trinity Lutheran Church hosts the Moorhead Farmers Market, bringing together local vendors, fresh produce, and neighbors from across the community. The market runs throughout the summer season and continues through late October.

We’re proud to have been part of a project that continues to serve the community in meaningful ways.

We’re excited to celebrate Alex on his 1-year as a full-time team member with Zerr Berg Architects.

After joining ZBA as an Architectural Intern in 2022 and earning his Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University in 2025, Alex transitioned into his role as Project Manager, where his curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to thoughtful design continue to make an impact.

This year, Alex also earned his LEED Green Associate credential, demonstrating his dedication to sustainable design and responsible solutions for the communities we serve.

We’re grateful for Alex’s contributions and lucky to have him on our team.

Yesterday evening was a celebration. After more than 10 years of planning, visioning, and collaboration, it was exciting to join the Hope Lutheran Church congregation as they celebrated the groundbreaking of the Hope West Campus.

We are grateful for the trust that Hope Church, its leaders, and the congregation have shown our team throughout this journey, and for the opportunity to continue partnering with them as this vision becomes reality.

We look forward to seeing this next chapter take shape and the impact it will have on the growing West Fargo community.

A couple of weeks ago, we had the opportunity to join Rocky Schneider on Rocky’s Downtown Hour to talk about the Island Park Pool and the impact this project continues to have on our community.

We enjoyed sharing how community input helped shape the design—from preserving the historic character of Island Park to creating spaces that support swimmers, families, and friends gathering throughout the summer. Every design decision was guided by creating a destination that brings people together while honoring the history and traditions that make Island Park such a special place.

A special thank you to Isabelle Sinkler and the Fargo Park District for joining the conversation and sharing insights on the pool’s success, and to Rocky for the invitation and opportunity to discuss this project along with several exciting community-focused projects currently underway across the region.

Nine months into construction, Highland Lakeview Apartments continues to take shape as progress moves steadily forward — building for living.

Interior progress continues floor by floor, with painting beginning soon on the 3rd floor, drywall underway on the 2nd floor, and MEP rough-ins progressing on the 1st floor. On the exterior, brick veneer installation is nearing the halfway point, siding installation has begun, and residential patio decking is now complete.

We’re also preparing for the next phase of site work beginning in early June as this project moves another step closer to completion.
