This floor was in rough shape with a lot of cracks and hollow spots that busted out. We even had an area where the floor broke out all the way down to the rebar. We were able to get it turned around and have it looking phenomenal now.

Another great customer to work with! This was a new construction build that had some issues with the finish of the concrete. The defects in the floor wouldn’t have been exposed without proper preparation and would’ve caused issues later down the road. We patched the spots that had flaked out and then carried on our normal installation.

However, the homeowners were so happy with the living space, they opted to get the garage epoxied as well. We also caulked the control cuts in the floor in both areas.

(Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to stick around and get pictures from the far side of the building that was still wet but this floor turned out squeaky clean.)

Thanks to DFC, and specifically, Napoleon DFC Agronomy for having us out to epoxy the mechanical room, bathroom & offices for their new building. The floors turned out great and it’s always a pleasure to work for people and companies like them!

We were able to get the living quarters of this project finished up in one day so that we wouldn’t be a bottleneck in this new build.
