✨Proceeds from the Parade of Homes Spring Edition's luxurious featured homes totaled more than $3,800 benefitting the BIA Foundation of the RRV.

These luxury featured homes didn’t just showcase incredible design and craftsmanship, they made a lasting impact. Proceeds from tickets help fund scholarships, workforce development and housing initiatives for our region.

Julie and Adam, Klein Custom Homes, LLC, and Greg Mitchell and Brock Goossens, Hawthorne Custom Homes, visited the BIA to present a check to the Foundation this month! 👏

Thank you to everyone who visited, supported and helped make it happen! Over the years, these homes have raised more than $190,000.

New construction, remodels, basement finishes - we do it all.

Throwing it back to a custom build, we did several years ago. This spa-inspired primary bath with an open shower and wet room design was one of many unique features in this home, and the first of many other wet room designs we incorporated into future projects.

This type of layout works great, especially when you have a fantastic soaker tub to show off!

This custom kitchen features a dual-fixture setup from the Kohler Artifacts collection, blending timeless vintage style with modern performance.

The secondary beverage faucet provides pure, filtered water on demand, while the primary pull-down faucet tackles the heavy lifting. We love how the mixed metal palette—pairing polished nickel fixtures with classic brass hardware—adds warmth and character to the space.
