A.I.R provides Care Coordination, Peer Support & other recovery services through Community Connect, Free Through Recovery and 1915(i).
Do you or someone you know need extra support? We’re currently accepting referrals for ND 1915(i) services through Medicaid.
We can help with:
• Care Coordination
• Peer Support
• Family Peer Support
• Housing Support
If you have Medicaid and a mental health or substance use disorder, you could qualify for up to 8 hours of support per day through the State of North Dakota 1915(i) program.
Our team works with individuals and families on things like appointments, goals, housing, recovery, daily routines, community involvement, and overall support.
