It's with a heavy, yet hopeful heart that I share the news that I am winding down the live plant side of Copper Root. With some changes to my family this summer, I want to focus my time with my little one more and have decided to shrink things for now.

I will be selling all of my current inventory at First Avenue Market Fargo through the end of the month at a steep discount of 50% off! After October, I will no longer be selling at First Avenue Market.

All filled out punch cards will be honored through October 28th.

If you still want soil, I will be continuing to sell this through my website. I may also be open to custom projects and can be reached via email through my website.

Also - look out for a big sale in November for more plants, garden supplies, fairy garden supplies, and more. There will be a separate announcement/event for this.

Lastly, THANK YOU ALL so much for your support over the years. I am so excited about this next chapter but so thankful for the friends, lessons, and memories.

I wanted to showcase the size of the terrarium we'll be constructing for Terrarium Terrors: A Carnivorous Plant Workshop - an absolute unit! This photo is a moss terrarium, but the same glassware will be used. In addition, you'll receive FOUR different Carnivorous Plant species, specialized soil, decorative elements (including a REAL turtle skull that totally looks like a dragon skull - Luna.Tique.Boutique can provide more details on sourcing if you have questions), and expert advice as you build your terrifying tiny world!

Ticket sales for this workshop are ending soon - we still need 10 more tickets to be purchased for the event to move forward!

I was playing with my little on her playground today and look what I saw! Green lacewing eggs! I released a couple of batches of beneficial insects in my greenhouse and outdoor garden last year and I'm excited to see them coming back 😄 🥹🐞🐛

Bring your props, seedlings, and plants in need if new homes, and swap them for some new plant friends! This free event is from 1pm to 3pm - but if you arrive at 1pm there will be snacks! (Can't promise after that 😉) As this plant swap is hosted by Copper Root Nursery, you'll be able to gain some plant knowledge too!
