Our client’s custom build out in the country is coming along nicely, and this beauty will be done soon!

We closed on this beauty last week, with lots of great upgrades! Our clients added custom cabinets, upgraded Z-Line appliances and range hood, and shiplap fireplace on main floor. In the primary suite they added a quartz slab shower, we love how this turned out! They also added rubber flooring for a workout room in place of one of the basement bedrooms.

We are very proud of how the house turned out!

This street in Hawley started out as a custome build for some clients. While we were already there building a home we decided to start another, and this home found a happy buyer before it was finished. We are now nearly complete on our third home on the street, and it is ready for its new owner!

A question we are often asked: Will you build outside of the Fargo/Moorhead area?

Absolutely! This year we have started and/or completed projects in Horace, West Fargo, Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth, South of Colfax, Hawley, Detroit Lakes and Abercrombie.

Did you know we also do custom builds?

This project started with our client coming to us because they were not satisfied with the pricing or transparency they were getting from other meetings they had. After meeting with our crew we knew we were a great fit for each other and here we are building on the rural lot they already owned!

We are excited to take this to the finish line and see the dream go from blueprints to a Home perfect for a great family.

Update! Our "River" floor plan being built in Hawley is starting to look closer and closer like a finished product. We can't wait to show you the inside!
