Hot Diggity Dog, HOTDOG IS AT 100 2026 POSTS
After posting today at The Lights, Hotdog has hit the century! Hotdog is as consistent of a hard-count as they come and it shows here. Bootcamps, rucks, runs, 11 Qs. He brings quality conversation and positive energy everywhere he goes. He ensures a photo is taken of the group at every opportunity. Even cooler, he is one our respect PAX!

Another one (hundred)!
Our resident big man, Ranchero, has hit 100 posts in 2026! BOOM BOOM BOOM!
Consistent, upbeat, positive, sweaty - some of the words we think of when we think Ranchero. F3 Fargo would not be the same without this PAX right here; congratulations Ranchero!

VQ VQ VQ! Rosin lead his VQ workout today, a cardio and partner based Dora exercise with burpees, squats, push-ups, and mountain climbers!
Great turnout, significant sweat, quality chatter. Rosin put on fiddle and accordion music and treated the crew to breakfast following - not asked for but incredibly kind!
Gents - the workout is always free, always outdoors, for men, lead by the men - your peers - in a rotating fashion, and always ends in a circle of trust. Tomorrow we have a bootcamp at The Hill (d**e downtown) or The Stables (Cheyenne High School), or a ruck at the Hill. You are always always welcome, see you in the gloom!

Respect! Respect!
Our double respect (more than 60 years old, less than 70) PAX Dispatch has surpassed 50 posts in 2026! Dispatch brings a wealth of wisdom to our group and presents himself exceedingly humbly. He is strong, and many of us have said "if I can live as long as Dispatch and stay as fit, I will be thankful". You are inspiring, congratulations Dispatch!

AO The Tusk (Elephant Park) today featured a bit of Broga (bro Yoga), a bit of kickball, a bit of dodgeball, and to cap it all off, an ab exercise passing a ball from hands to feet around the PAX circle!
Tomorrow you can attend bootcamps at The Hill or The Stables, or a ruck at The Hill. You'll get fit. You'll meet great men. You'll strengthen your faith. Men - all of this, for free! See you in the gloom!

After today's post at The Hill, our very own Bugle has reached 50 posts in 2026!
Very strong work! Men - there is plenty of time this year, this summer even, to get to 50 posts. The best time to improve your three F's is tomorrow at Leonidas (Fargo North) or The Lights! Always always free. DM for any questions, we would love to have you.

MEMORIAL MONDAY MURPH
This morning, we took part to honor our veterans and active service folks by performing the Murph - a workout designed by a fallen veteran. Fittingly, we worked out at McKinley Elementary, named for William McKinley who was our last president to have served in the civil war.
Very strong crew and coffee fellowship following. Tomorrow on Tuesday, bootcamp at The Hill or at The Stables, or a ruck at The Hill. See you in the gloom, men! Free free free always free!

Congratulations to our very special PAX, Gump! Gump has surpassed 50 posts (workouts attended) in 2026 and he confirms that "onward and upward" is the path! He inspires us, taking rest when needed and for injuries, and getting back out on the grind when ready. Very strong!
