Meanwhile, Manvi speaks with Abhir. She says she contacted every government hospital, but Virat was not at any of them. Abhir says he also checked with the police, and there is no report of any child being injured in an accident. He even reviewed the CCTV footage near their house and found no sign of any accident.

Abhir begins to doubt Virat's story. He tells Manvi that a helicopter has landed at the airport and believes they will find the truth there. The two of them immediately leave for the airport.

At the airport, Bhavani notices Manvi and Abhir secretly watching them. While waiting, Virat playfully flirts with Amruta. Amruta then joins Bhavani at the car. Bhavani asks if she received her message, and Amruta thanks her for sending it.

Bhavani then asks where Virat is. Unknown to everyone, Virat has disguised himself in a Muslim hijab and quietly walks past both Manvi and Abhir without them recognizing him. After that, Bhavani and Amruta drive away.

Later, Manvi questions Virat after he returns home. She demands to know where he really went. Virat reminds her that he already answered that question, but Manvi says they both know he lied. Virat suddenly picks up a knife and tells Manvi he is finally ready to tell her the truth.

Elsewhere, Bhavani shares an important secret with Amruta. She reveals that she once wanted Amruta to marry Abhir. However, Abhir later admitted that he joined hands with Manvi to keep Amruta away from Ranvir. Bhavani also reveals that Abhir has been secretly passing all of their family information to Manvi.

Amruta says Abhir still does not know Manvi's true intentions and believes he has been fooled by her.

When Bhavani and Amruta return home, Babita notices the wound on Amruta's hand and asks what happened. Amruta quickly makes up an excuse. As Abhir walks toward Amruta, Bhavani suddenly pushes him back and tells him to stay away from her.

Mandira is surprised by Bhavani's behavior and asks why she treated Abhir that way. Bhavani says Amruta has an injury that could become infected, and she does not want Abhir to get infected too. Babita accepts the explanation, but Abhir feels something is wrong because Bhavani has never treated him like this before.

Back at home, Virat walks toward Manvi while still holding the knife. He tells her that he secretly had her blood tested. Shocked, Manvi asks why he did that. Virat says he will show her the results himself and asks her to come with him. She agrees.

Later, Babita notices that all the dishes prepared for dinner are Virat's favorites. Soon, Virat arrives at the Ahuja house and behaves very rudely toward both Babita and Amruta while sitting at the dining table.

Dildar gets angry at his behavior, refuses to let him eat, and throws him out of the house. Before leaving, Virat warns Dildar that someone in the family will soon end up in jail. Moments later, Manvi arrives at the Ahuja house with the police. Virat files a complaint, accusing Amruta of trying to poison both Manvi and her unborn baby.

Hamida overhears Mannat talking about her evil plans. She immediately warns Mannat that if she continues plotting against Ibaadat, she will expose all her conspiracies. Mannat confidently threatens Hamida in return. She says if Hamida tells Ibaadat the truth about her plans, she will reveal Ghazal's secret to Ibaadat.

To make things worse, Mannat deliberately hurts Hamida. Just then, Ibaadat walks into the room and notices something is wrong. Before she can ask too many questions, Mannat quickly lies that Hamida injured herself while carrying a heavy bucket. She asks Ibaadat to bring some ointment.

As soon as Ibaadat leaves, Mannat frightens Hamida again. She warns that one day Ibaadat will learn the truth about Ghazal and about her, and that day everything will fall apart. Mannat asks Hamida why she keeps supporting Ibaadat even though she believes Ibaadat ruined her life.

Hamida calmly explains that Ibaadat has never intentionally hurt anyone. Instead, she has always helped the people around her. Mannat refuses to listen. She insists that Ibaadat is her biggest enemy because she came between her and Subhan. Hamida tries to change her mind, but Mannat says she is ready to do anything to make Subhan hers, even if it destroys her own life.

She also threatens Hamida again. If Hamida continues to stand against her, she will tell Ibaadat that Ghazal was responsible for her father's death.

Just then, Ibaadat returns and overhears part of their heated conversation. She becomes confused and asks Hamida what they are talking about. Hamida stays silent. Ibaadat then asks her grandmother to place her hand on the Quran and tell the truth.

Hamida imagines herself revealing that Ghazal is Ibaadat's real mother, not Dua. In her imagination, Ibaadat is so heartbroken that she takes her own life. Hamida is terrified by that thought. She realizes it is only her imagination and decides she cannot tell Ibaadat the truth.

Later, Ibaadat prepares all of Subhan's favorite dishes for breakfast. She hides herself because she wants him to enjoy the food before finding out she cooked it. Subhan happily praises the meal while eating.

When Ibaadat finally steps forward and tells him she prepared everything, Subhan immediately loses his appetite. He gets up from the table and walks away without finishing his breakfast.

Heartbroken, Ibaadat goes to her room and cries. Mannat comes in with a glass of water and pretends to comfort her. Ibaadat shares her pain, saying she does not understand why Subhan hates her so much. Mannat acts caring and promises that everything will be alright soon, even though she is secretly causing all the problems.

Meanwhile, Hamida storms into Gulnaz's room. Furious, she grabs Gulnaz by the hair, locks the door, and demands to know why she told Mannat about Ibaadat's past. Gulnaz refuses to admit anything. She says everyone already knows Ghazal's history and claims someone else must have told Mannat. Angry and disappointed, Hamida leaves the room.

Elsewhere, Mannat discusses her next plan with Nigar, who has been helping her all along. Mannat says her final move against Ibaadat is almost ready. Nigar praises her clever planning.

Hamida then confronts Kayanat and accuses her of revealing Ghazal's secret to Mannat. Kayanat denies everything. Hamida raises her hand to slap her, but Mannat quickly stops her.

Hamida scolds Mannat for all her evil plans, but Mannat proudly says Hamida cannot stop her. She says she will always protect Kayanat because she will soon become her mother-in-law.

Hamida warns that she will expose Mannat's conspiracies to Dua. Mannat immediately threatens her again. She says if Hamida speaks, she will reveal Ghazal's secret to Dua. The shock could seriously affect Dua's health, and Ibaadat would suffer because of it too.

Unable to protect Ibaadat, Hamida curses both Mannat and Kayanat. To make Hamida even more upset, Kayanat accepts Mannat as her future daughter-in-law and gifts her a pair of bangles.

Meanwhile, Hafeez takes Sufi back to the hospital because his leg is really injured this time. The same lady doctor, Dr. Kashif, is called to treat him. At first, she thinks Sufi is pretending again. Hafeez assures her the injury is real, so she finally starts treating him.

Sufi asks Hafeez to wait outside because he feels embarrassed. Hafeez agrees and leaves the room. Dr. Kashif gives Sufi an injection, and Hafeez is surprised when he later finds out.

Back at home, Mannat corners Hamida once again. She gives her only two choices: either stay silent about her plans or watch Ibaadat die. Hamida reminds her that her hatred will destroy the whole family, not just Ibaadat. She begs Mannat to stop before she makes another terrible mistake.

Mannat refuses to listen. She says she will separate Ibaadat from Subhan forever and even kill her if necessary. She also promises to expose every hidden truth to Subhan. Once he learns everything, she believes he will throw Ibaadat out of the house and never look at her again.

Late that night, Subhan walks out of his bedroom carrying his pillow and blanket. Dua notices him and realizes there are serious problems between him and Ibaadat. She advises him to solve their misunderstandings before the distance between them becomes impossible to fix.

Subhan returns to the room. Ibaadat hopes he has forgiven her, but instead he tells her that he no longer wants to live with her. His words break her heart once again.

At the hospital, Dr. Kashif carefully treats Sufi's injured leg. She feels sorry for him when she sees how much pain he is in. Sufi falls for her even more. Hafeez notices everything and understands exactly what is going on.

After returning home, Sufi calls Dr. Kashif and asks to meet her again. She quickly realizes he is only trying to get closer to her.

Meanwhile, Mannat continues threatening Hamida. She repeats that Hamida must either support her or prepare for Ibaadat's death. Hamida pleads with her to stop seeking revenge because it will only bring more pain to the family.

Soon, Armaan, Nigar, and Gulnaz join Mannat. They all support her because they believe they suffered because of Ibaadat's mother. Hamida angrily scolds all three of them. She warns Mannat that these people will abandon her once they get what they want. She begs her one last time to give up her revenge against Ibaadat, but Mannat refuses to change her mind and demands Hamida's support instead.

Kishan angrily questions Seema about taking money from Payal to marry Prarthna to Bhavesh. He scolds her for ruining Prarthna’s life. Seema says she never knew Bhavesh was such a man. Kishan says Raunak saved Prarthna just in time and asks why Seema always hates her. Baa says Raunak has always been Prarthna’s good friend. Meet faints after donating blood for Meet Ahlawat’s surgery. She later regains consciousness in a room when her mangalsutra slips from her neck. She quickly picks it up and rushes out, ignoring the nurse, who tells her that she is still not in good condition.

Outside, Meet finds Raj and asks about Meet Ahlawat’s condition. She blames herself and says she broke the promise she made to Babita because she could not protect Meet. She tells Raj that he trusted her and asks him to slap her because she failed. Raj comforts her and says she did not fail because Meet Ahlawat is now out of danger, all because of her. Meet thanks Mata Rani for saving her husband. Rajvardhan tells her that she saved Meet from the goons, brought him to the hospital, donated blood, and stood by him like his protector. He asks her to smile because he cannot bear to see his children sad. Meet says she is not someone who cries often, but she gets emotional sometimes. Raj jokes that she only gets emotional in front of Dad. Meet hugs Rajvardhan and calls him Dad. The doctor then sends Raj to get some medicines.

Meet walks to Meet Ahlawat’s room and wears her mangalsutra after seeing him. At the same time, Kunal thinks there is no point hiding from the goons because they must have already taught Meet a lesson. He gets a call from the drug dealer and happily answers it, asking if they punished her. The dealer angrily says Meet gave their sketches to the police, so they are now running around the city because of Kunal. He warns Kunal that if the police catch them, he will not be spared either before ending the call. Kunal decides to run away from the city before he gets caught. Raj becomes emotional and wonders why anyone would attack Meet. Meet tells him she has already filed an FIR and given the sketches to the police so the criminals cannot escape.

The nurse says Meet Ahlawat’s condition is now stable and only one person needs to stay with him. Rajvardhan asks Meet to go home and rest because he will take care of his son, but she refuses. Raj reminds her that she also needs rest and says he will be heartbroken if she falls sick too. Meet finally agrees for his sake. Before leaving, she carefully explains how to take care of Meet Ahlawat and tells Raj to call her anytime. Just then, she notices Meet moving his feet. She gently massages them, covers him properly with a blanket, and still struggles to leave. Raj then asks her to stay with Meet because he needs her while Babita needs him at home. Meet asks about Babita, and Raj says she had a migraine attack, so he did not tell her about Meet’s condition. He plans to tell her the next day. Meet asks him to go home while she stays back to care for Meet.

Meet sits beside Meet Ahlawat and asks him to wake up. She says he does not look good lying there silently and tells him to fight with her instead. A nurse checks him and tells Meet to make sure his hand stays still so the bleeding does not start again. Meet gently holds his hand to protect him. She is exhausted and almost falls asleep while standing, so she slaps herself to stay awake. She notices her own wound has started bleeding again but still ties Meet Ahlawat’s hand securely, places a pillow under it, and keeps holding his hand with tears in her eyes.

Later, Meet Ahlawat tells Meet that his mother insulted her even after she risked her life to save him. He says she deserves thanks instead and tries to apologise by holding his ears. Meet quickly stops him and reminds him that the doctor told him not to move his hand. She says Babita may have scolded her in anger, but she is like her own mother and Dadi. She believes angry words do not come from the heart, so she has no plans to leave the house. Raj tells Meet never to change her kind heart and caring nature.

The nurse tells the family that someone must stay with Meet Ahlawat all the time. Raj asks her to explain everything to Meet, while Babita also wants the instructions. The nurse explains the medicines and exercises before leaving. Babita asks Chavi what exercises the nurse mentioned, but Ragini says she only remembers half of them and decides to go after the nurse. Meet then tells everyone she recorded all the instructions.

Meanwhile, Kunal and Manushi do couple exercises together. Kunal tells her to be careful because Dadi and her mother might catch them. Manushi says they have gone to the temple, so they can enjoy breakfast after she takes a shower. Kunal agrees but secretly plans to steal her jewellery while she is bathing.

Meet returns home with medicines and fruits on a trolley. Babita tells her she has already hired a professional nurse because they can all take care of Meet Ahlawat. Meet says she sent the nurse back because she wants to care for her husband herself. She says illness does not know the difference between a wife and a nurse, but no nurse can look after him the way she can. Ragini supports Meet and asks Babita to give her a chance. Babita asks about her job, and Meet says she has taken leave because her husband is more important. Babita says her son is her whole life and asks Meet to take good care of him. Meet agrees, and Babita thanks her before leaving.

While Manushi is in the bathroom, Kunal packs some jewellery boxes into his bag. Manushi catches him and asks what he is doing. Kunal lies and says he is keeping them somewhere safe. Manushi smiles and tells him not to worry because she already hid all her jewellery, and those boxes are empty. Kunal is shocked, while Manushi sends him out. He thinks he must find another way to get the jewellery.

Meet tells her husband that she will give him a sponge bath. He insists on doing it himself, but he cannot manage because of his condition. Meet gently helps him instead. Chavi sees them together and wonders when they became so close.

Later, Meet struggles in the kitchen because she does not know how to cut vegetables properly. Duggu gives a funny live commentary while watching her. Babita walks into the kitchen, sees the mess everywhere, and asks what Meet is doing. Duggu explains that Meet is trying to make soup because the cook has gone to the market. Babita tells Meet that if she cannot even cut vegetables, how can she cook? She then prepares a healthy soup for her son herself and tells Meet to learn cooking if she wants to feed him properly.

Meet takes the soup to Meet Ahlawat. Chavi also brings him a pizza, making him excited. Meet reminds him that the doctor told him to eat homemade food, so she asks Chavi to take the pizza away. She also tells Chavi that Meet Ahlawat has his wife to care for him, so she does not need to worry about him.
