Sometimes walking through the doors of a church for the first time can feel like a big step.
That's why we hope one of the first things you'll find at New Beginnings is a smile, a handshake, and someone who's genuinely glad you came. ♥️
You don't have to know anyone.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't have to come with all the answers.
**Just come. There's a place for you here.**
Join us this Sunday as we worship, grow in God's Word, and spend time together as family.
**Sunday Services | 8:30 AM & 10:30 AM**
We'll be looking for you at the door. ☺️

Men's Fellowship at New Beginnings this afternoon. Don't forget to bring what you signed up for. Fellowship, games, and of course food. We look forward to seeing you here.

Sunday Message...Who are we—really?
We can carefully choose the words we say, the clothes we wear, and even the image we present to others. But Scripture takes us deeper than what can be seen on the outside.
“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”
— Proverbs 23:7
What we allow to take root in our hearts shapes our thoughts, our choices, and ultimately the way we live.
This Sunday, Pastor Rodney will share a message entitled **“Who We Really Are.”**
Come join us as we look beyond the surface and allow God to speak to the places within us that no one else can see.

**A LITTLE THROWBACK… AND A LOOK FORWARD ♥️**
These pictures take us back to last year's **Sisterhood** gathering—women worshiping together, growing together, and sharing something special that happens when sisters in Christ gather in His presence.
And tomorrow, some of our New Beginnings ladies are doing it again! ♥️
They'll be attending this year's Sisterhood event, **PURSUIT of Him**, ready for another day of worship, encouragement, laughter, and drawing closer to God—and to one another.
There's something beautiful about women of different ages, backgrounds, and seasons of life coming together with one purpose: **to pursue Him.**
We're praying for our ladies as they go tomorrow. May they come home encouraged, refreshed, strengthened in their faith—and with friendships that have grown just a little deeper.
And yes… **we're looking forward to the pictures!** 📸☺️
Have a wonderful time, ladies. **Pursue Him together.** ♥️

**FACES OF NEW BEGINNINGS | Meet Donna ♥️**
If you've ever enjoyed a meal at Recovery Alive, there's a good chance you've been blessed by Donna.
Donna is one of our most faithful volunteers when it comes to preparing meals for Recovery Alive. She sees it as part of her ministry to the church—and those who gather each week certainly appreciate her cooking! Feeding a group whose size can change from week to week takes planning, creativity, and a special gift for making sure there is enough to go around. Donna does it faithfully and with a servant's heart.
But there's another part of Donna's story that we love.
Donna first came to New Beginnings because of a simple, thoughtful invitation. While attending water exercise, Karen Slentz invited her to church.
She came.
And somewhere along the way, the person who was invited became part of the family—and then became someone who serves that family. Today, Donna is one of those familiar faces we look forward to seeing each week. Her faithfulness touches more lives than she probably realizes.
We've been talking lately about the power of a simple invitation. Donna's story is a beautiful reminder of why it matters.
**Someone cared enough to invite her.
Donna said yes.
And our family is better because she's part of it.** ♥️
You never know what God may do with one simple invitation.

**THIS IS FAMILY ♥️**
Doesn't it warm your heart when someone goes out of their way to come over just to say hello, share a story, ask how you're doing—or introduce themselves for the very first time?
Those may seem like small moments, but they're part of what makes a church feel like family.
It's noticing someone.
It's making room for someone.
It's taking a few minutes to listen and connect.
At New Beginnings, we believe church is more than gathering in the same room on Sunday. **It's doing life together. It's knowing one another. It's being family.**
So this week, look around. Maybe there's someone who would love to see you walking their way. ♥️
**“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11**

**You are more than your worst moment.**
We all have moments we wish we could take back—wrong choices, failures, words we shouldn't have said, seasons we're not proud of.
But failure doesn't have to be the final chapter.
Peter denied Jesus.
David fell.
Moses lost his temper.
Thomas doubted.
Paul had a past.
And God still used them.
**If God had only used people who had never fallen, the Bible would be a much shorter book.**
God's grace is bigger than the moment you regret. He can forgive, restore, redeem—and still use your life for His purpose.
**“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9**
Your worst moment is part of your story.
**It doesn't have to be the end of it.** ♥️

**Heaven is rejoicing. And so are we. ❤️**
Over the past few weeks, we have had the incredible privilege of seeing people give their hearts to Jesus.
We don't take that lightly.
Every person who comes through our doors is a soul loved deeply by God. And when He places someone in our care, we have the beautiful responsibility of welcoming them, loving them, encouraging them, and helping them grow in their new life with Christ.
Salvation isn't the end of the story.
**It's a new beginning.**
There will be faith to build, questions to ask, truth to discover, friendships to form, and a relationship with Jesus that will continue growing one day at a time.
And we get to walk beside them. ❤️
Jesus tells us:
*“There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”*
**Luke 15:10**
Today, we simply want to say **thank You, Lord.**
Thank You for every heart that has turned toward You.
Thank You for every new beginning.
And thank You for trusting us to love and care for the precious souls You send our way.
**Welcome to the family. Your journey is just beginning.** ❤️
