Red Mountain Olive Ranch

before the fire, Red Mountain flourished with olives and oil. We were fascinated with the idea and story of new California olive oil production. And found ourselves tasting and investigating our way through the olive groves of these adventurous old and new California producers. Was it time for olives to return to Red Mountain? We believe the key to good oil is the trees themselves. They must be of exceptional quality. And while we enjoyed the oil produced by Davero@, we especially liked the rich heritage of their ancient groves coming to California. Our trees are grown from Davero@ "cuttings" but our oil is it's own; due to North San Diego County soils, climate and varietal blend differences. Olive trees are now back on Red Mountain and it is our sincere hope that you enjoy the full flavor and pleasant peppery bite of our hand picked, locally grown and pressed Tuscan blend Olive oil.
