Being a salon owner and small business owner is so much more than the hours you see us behind the chair. Truthfully, it’s a 24/7 kind of career. When we walk out the door business doesn’t just get to stop.

This video is just a small glimpse into the after hours and days off that most stylists go through. Ordering new towels, washing, drying, folding, packing them up, and bringing them back to the salon, all on a day off. In between, playtime, family time, chores and doing our best to stay present at home.

But it doesn’t stop there.

We’re placing orders, responding to messages (thank you for your patience when it takes a little time the days and weeks can be long and responses don’t always happen same day🤍), connecting with reps and vendors, supporting our team, planning, cleaning, organizing, and always looking for ways to elevate your experience!! Balance is everything in this industry, and it’s something we actively work at every single day. Whether that looks like setting aside time for our families, being intentional with our schedules, or finding little moments to reset in between the chaos, we make it a priority so we can continue showing up 100% for you.

Because behind the chair, we’re also wives, fiancées, moms, daughters, sisters, and friends, running households, planning events, cooking dinners, and managing real life right alongside our businesses.

We pour so much into creating a peaceful, welcoming space for you, and we do it because we truly love what we do and who we do it for… YOU!!
