Today, North County Fire proudly celebrated the reopening of the Roy Noon Hall following an extensive renovation made possible primarily through a grant from the Fallbrook Public Utility District Community Benefit Program.

Known to many as the “Scout Hut,” the Roy Noon Hall has long served as the meeting place for our Fire Explorer Program and has been an important gathering space for the community.

The hall is named in honor of Roy Noon, a dedicated community leader who served for many years as Director of the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce and later as North County Fire’s Fire Marshal. His commitment to Fallbrook and our District left a lasting legacy that continues to benefit our community today.

We are excited to once again open the doors of this historic facility. The Roy Noon Hall is now available for community meetings and can be reserved through North County Fire.

Thank you to the Fallbrook Public Utility District for helping preserve this valued community resource for future generations.
