JOIN FAST as a Coach or Athlete

Fallbrook Associated Swim Team (FAST) is looking for swim and water polo coaches for our year-round programs. Coaches must be able to complete the requirements that are required by USA Swimming and/or USA Water Polo.
FAST is a year-round competitive program serving the Fallbrook and Bonsall area, and the surrounding area. Our swimmers and polo range in age from 6 -18-year-olds. Swimmers will need to be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and back stroke to be eligible to join.

Thanksgiving Day Practice. Thank you to all who showed up.

FAST Swimmers had the great opportunity to participate in the opening ceremonies at El Corazon Aquatics Center in Oceanside, CA. There was a scrimmage water polo game with two local high school teams, a diving exhibition, and a practice swim meet with Oceanside Swim Club and Fallbrook Associated Swim Team.

What a great day for a FAST practice. Clear blue skies, great temperatures, and great people to be with. Can’t ask for anything more.

Our coaches are knowledgeable and caring. There is a class for most ages and abilities.

Today was the first day of practice for FAST since March 17, 2020. Oh what a feeling. It was so great to see our swimmers and their families. It was also great to welcome the new swimmers who just joined the team and are starting in this wonderful sport of swimming and water polo.

There is a petition created by California swimmers and water polo players to Governor Newsome requesting pools to open for lap swimming/exercise.
Over 5200 athletes and parents have signed the petition so far. If you agree and would like to sign the petition the link is listed below along with what the statement of the petition is.

Hello FAST SWIMMERS,

I see that everyone has signed up for the FAST Silver Meet that will held tomorrow. Unformatly we will not be able to be in the pool or even meet and see each other on the pool deck, I miss seeing everyone and I know that all the coaches feel the same.

So for the meet tomorrow, wake up at 7:00, whenever you get out of bed, and start your warmup. Your events will be the dry land link that I have attached. It is from swimswam.com, they have 14 out now, this is number 1. After the first round, get a plate and go to the snack bar; that your parents are working; and get some food. Its just like being at the meet.
