Rhythm is not a schedule. It's the quiet structure that tells your nervous system — "you are safe. Your needs will be met. You know what comes next".
We all need it. Our children need it. Our teens need it. Our families need it. And most of us have drifted further from it than we realize.
This month at our Sisters Circle, we're exploring the power of rhythm — daily, seasonal, and everything in between with expert practitioner Jill Martin from . Do not miss the opportunity to sit with her and draw from her well of deep knowledge.
Come as you are. Wear what feels comfortable. We look forward to sitting with you.

Fall is here—a season of slowing down, of tuning into the quiet rhythms of home and heart. As we shift from summer adventures, into more predictability- ideally with a goal of entering a gentler and slower pace- it’s ’s a perfect time to pause, reset, and recommit to practices that nourish the self, our home, and our relationships.
Conscious Community, together with Ananda Sky, invites you to the September Sisters Circle. This month, we’ll explore gentle practices to release stored tension and trauma, accompanied by original music and guitar-led teaching, creating space for presence and renewal.
Join us this Sunday, a gentle space to release tension, reconnect, and set intentions for the season. 💛
A gentle restorative yoga class is being offered before the circle on Sunday, giving you a grounded, relaxed start to the evening.
🌸Timing note: You may arrive at 5:30 pm for the restorative yoga class, followed by the Sisters Circle at 6:30 pm, or at 6:30 pm if you are attending just the Sisters Circle.

MEET MYRIAH
We asked Myriah what keeps her coming back to yoga and what she’s loving in her practice lately.
What keeps you coming back to yoga?
“For me, it’s what yoga brings into my everyday life. It has taught me to regulate my emotions through breath, to respond rather than react in stressful situations, and to keep Ahimsa at the forefront of how I live.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga offer so much wisdom. Each time I step onto my mat is another opportunity to go deeper, clear my mind, and ultimately show up better for myself and the people around me.”
What are you loving in your practice right now?
“Backbends and heart openers. I’ve been focusing on deep lunges and hip flexor mobility, and it has made such a difference in my backbends and overall back health.
Lately I’m especially enjoying standing backbends, Bhujangasana and Ustrasana, and bringing more of them into both my personal practice and the classes I teach.”
A little glimpse into the practice and heart of Myriah.
Come practice with her at Akasha Movement. Wednesdays at 5:30 PM - Infrared Heated Vinyasa, and a new class: Wednesdays at 7 PM: Candlelight Slow Flow, with hands on assists (optional) and a soft light to bring you to a mid week’s flow state.

Meet Sky, founder of Akasha Movement.
“I am a constant student, an entrepreneur, and a mother of three. I’ve lived and practiced across different countries, from Russia and Israel to China, before eventually landing in Fallbrook. I found yoga at 15, out of pure curiosity, and from that first class, it was never just movement to me.
When I arrived in Fallbrook, I craved a space that was more than a yoga/ workout studio.
Somewhere created with intention and natural light, where I would genuinely want to walk in and practice myself. So I began building around what I believe our bodies and minds truly need: strength and resistance training, yoga and deep stretching through mindful movement, and intentional recovery. That recovery can look like restorative yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork and bodywork.
Community matters more now than ever. We spend so much of our lives on screens, and as technology and AI become increasingly present, I believe our ability to concentrate, listen inward and trust our own discernment becomes even more important. These are things we practice here too.
During my years in Shanghai, I got to learn about Chinese medicine practices and study with movement and yoga teachers who deeply influenced how I understand the body and this practice. They helped give me the courage to eventually take the leap and create something for a whole community.”
Akasha Movement is a space to remember that strength, mobility, flexibility, recovery and a steady mind are not separate pursuits. They support one another.
Come find us and join the movement.

Sound & Radiant
A Deep Self Care Experience - Saturday, September 12
Join Zendiego Wellness, Shannon, and Sky Swisa for an afternoon devoted to release, renewal, and radiant self care.
We’ll begin with myofascial release using therapy balls, focusing especially on the hands and feet to awaken circulation, create greater ease in the joints, and support healthy movement through the fascia and lymphatic system.
After hydrating with a warm detoxifying tea, Sky will guide you through a beautifying Gua Sha self massage ritual for the face and neck. You’ll learn techniques designed to encourage lymphatic flow, reduce the appearance of puffiness, release facial tension, and bring more definition and natural radiance to the face. More than a beauty ritual, this is an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, and learn practices you can continue at home.
We’ll complete the experience by settling deeply into rest for a magical sound bath led by the talented Shannon, allowing the body and nervous system time to soften, receive, and integrate.
Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, restored, connected and radiant.
