I had the pleasure of doing hair for this new Mrs today! Lily has beautiful, natural, red curls. We wanted to utilize her natural curl while enhancing hw curl in areas that might need it. She wanted a half up/half down look but wanted to keep it away from her face because of the good July heat that is cranking today.

Had the pleasure of doing the beautiful Miss Lucia's hair for prom this weekend. There's something so special about getting to be a small part of such a big day!

For five years, we've done a very heavy highlight on Ms. Caela, taking her from her dark natural brown to a very light shade of blonde. Today, she brought me a fun challenge! A thick bold money piece/headband of blonde, with the rest of her head a copper red. It may have taken many hours, but the outcome is enough for me to pat myself on the back. 💫

Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair!

It's a wonderful life. It gives me a flexible schedule, it gives me time to watch my boys grow, to be sure my diabetic husband is well fed, but most of all it gives me fellowship. Sharing my life with my clients is some of the most intimate relationships I have, and for that reason, I wouldn't change a thing. It's worth the body aches and long days to know I get to share in their lives. Thanks for being a part of that. 💛
