Loan limit news for 2021!

Loan limit increased from $510,400 to $548,250 in the contiguous states. San Diego County high balance limit raised to $753,250. More then a 7% increase year over year.

What an eventful morning here in downtown Fallbrook! The historic caboose has arrived, so excited for the Fallbrook Railroad Heritage Park to start Phase II. Thank you Fallbrook Village Association and Fallbrook Historical Society for making this all come to life!

Tomorrow morning the caboose will be making its grand entrance down Main Street!

Many of our neighbors in Fallbrook have lost their homes due to the fire that swept through our community this weekend. The strength and support our small village has shown to one another is remarkable. The sunset tonight as evacuations have been lifted is inspiring, just what we all need after a crazy, stressful 72 hours.
