Regency Fallbrook's assisted living options offer personalized assistance, supportive services and compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed, retirement community setting. It's the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don't need 24-hour, complex medical supervision. Our residents, who have Alzheimer's Disease or another form of dementia, live with dignity in our loving and secure environment. Semi-private and private rooms are available. Our community is located in the peaceful, rural countryside of Fallbrook, California. We are located only 15 miles from the scenic Pacific Ocean. We are bordered on the west by Camp Pendleton Marine Corp Base. A short drive east to Interstate 15, provides easy access to Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange and Riverside counties. Interstate 5 in Oceanside, via Hwy 76 and S13, is less than thirty minutes west of Fallbrook. It’s the perfect senior housing facility for families living in North San Diego County and Southern Riverside County. Our approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care. It's the assistance seniors need with all of the independence they want.

What better way to celebrate the end of summer and welcome the beautiful season of fall than with an outdoor BBQ dinner surrounded by wonderful company!
Our residents enjoyed a delicious dinner featuring juicy grilled ribs, tasty sides, and—of course—a mouthwatering pumpkin cheesecake that was the perfect taste of fall! 🎃🍰
With the perfect weather, lots of smiles, great food, and even better company, it truly was an evening to remember. 🥰
There’s just something special about gathering together, enjoying a delicious meal, and making memories with friends. It doesn’t get much better than this! 🍂❤️

Today, we took a little trip back in time to the fabulous 1950s! And what a day it was at Regency Fallbrook!
Our residents and team members had a blast dressing up in their best 1950s-inspired looks, bringing back the style, music, and spirit of a truly unforgettable era!
And just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better… ELVIS ARRIVED! 🎸🎤❤️
We had an amazing Elvis impersonator join us for Happy Hour, and let’s just say… he definitely knew how to get the crowd moving! There were smiles, singing, dancing, and plenty of memories made along the way. 🎶
☕️ A special thank you to Takara Hospice for treating our amazing staff to a wonderful coffee bar! Our team absolutely loved it and enjoyed having a little extra pick-me-up while celebrating this special week.
It was one of those afternoons where you could feel the joy in the room — and definitely a day we’ll be talking about and remembering for a long time! 🥰

Today was SPORTS DAY at Regency Fallbrook!
Our residents were ready to bring their A-game! 🏆😄 From jerseys and sporty outfits to plenty of cheering, laughter, and friendly competition, today was packed with fun from start to finish!
🏀 We kicked things off with an exciting Basketball Match — and our residents showed us they still have some serious game! 😉
⚽️ Then we wrapped up the day with a fun-filled Soccer Game, complete with plenty of smiles, teamwork, and maybe a little friendly rivalry! 😂🙌
And of course, no big game day is complete without pizza! 🍕❤️ A HUGE thank you to Shores Hospice and TRIO Home Health for providing delicious pizza and helping make our Sports Day celebration extra special!

Spirit Day: Patriotic Day! ❤️🇺🇸
Today was definitely a day to remember at Regency Fallbrook! Our residents and team members showed off their patriotic spirit, and we celebrated with a day filled with great food, sweet treats, laughter, and wonderful memories! 🇺🇸
Lunch Outing: Our residents enjoyed a delicious lunch at Aquaterra at Pala Mesa Resort, taking in the beautiful surroundings while enjoying some fantastic food and even better company!
🍦 Ice Cream Truck Fun: What’s a celebration without ice cream?! Our residents and team were treated to an amazing ice cream truck thanks to Tina and Brian from Devore Realty! 🍨❤️ Your generosity helped make the day extra special!
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today so memorable. It truly was a day filled with joy, friendship, and memories that will last a lifetime! ❤️

Today at Regency Fallbrook, two was definitely better than one! Our residents and team members got into the spirit of Twin Day, finding their perfect partners and showing off their matching looks! 😄
And honestly… just look at those pictures! The smiles, the laughs, and the matching outfits say it all. everyone had an absolute blast!
Twin Day brought double the fun, double the laughs, and plenty of memories we’ll be talking about for a while!

We’re kicking off National Assisted Living Week in true Western style! 🌵🎉 Today was Western Day, and some of our amazing residents and staff got into the spirit by dressing up for the occasion. From cowboy hats to Western flair, we definitely had a rootin’ tootin’ good time! 🤠👢
And what’s a celebration without some delicious treats? 😋 Our staff enjoyed a special In-N-Out treat 🍔🍟, while our residents had a blast playing Western-themed games, including horse racing 🐎🏇 and a little horseshoe throwing!
National Assisted Living Week is all about celebrating the incredible people who make our community so special—and we’re just getting started!
Our Memory Care residents had an absolute BLAST playing Whack-a-Mole! They got so into it that we could barely keep up with all the whacking! The smiles, laughs, and friendly competition made it such a fun afternoon. ❤️
They definitely couldn’t get enough and are already looking forward to a rematch! Who do you think will be crowned the Whack-a-Mole champion next time? 🏆😄

When the weather outside says, “Absolutely NOT!” 😎☀️🔥… we decided to ditch the heat and bring the fun indoors!
Our memory care residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea party filled with delicious treats, refreshing tea, plenty of laughter, and, of course, some wonderful company.
Sometimes the best parties are the ones where we can stay cool, relax, and enjoy the little moments together. 🫖
There’s just something special about tea, good friends, sweet treats, and a whole lot of smiles!
Our weekly yoga classes are always a favorite around here! 🧘🏻♀️ Our residents absolutely love spending time with our wonderful instructor, Arida, who brings such positive energy and encouragement to every class.
One of the things we appreciate most is how Arida adapts each session to meet our residents where they are—making sure everyone can participate comfortably, regardless of their level of mobility.
It’s more than just yoga—it’s movement, laughter, connection, and a whole lot of fun!
