6 months feels like both forever and five minutes. Half a year with my baby boy already! 🥹

These slow, no-makeup mornings in our pajamas — messy hair, quiet cuddles, and zero pressure to perform — these are the moments I’m going to miss the most.

I’ll be honest — postpartum, just getting myself (and the dogs) outside first thing felt like a win some days.

Stepping out to stretch, let them p*e, and catch that morning light did wonders for my brain and my mood.

No big production, just a few minutes of fresh air and sunshine.

From there, I added my 10,000-step goal.

Those quiet morning walks built the momentum that eventually let me ease into 4 strength training days a week.

It’s nothing fancy, but those tiny consistent habits have been game-changers.

If you’re in the thick of postpartum right now, start super small — whatever feels doable.

The rest tends to follow. 💛

it’s okay mama 💛 take the few hours to fill your cup. ☀️

I’ve been loving these sweet little resort days at with — no overnight needed at all.

Whether I’m chilling poolside by myself, enjoying a cabana lunch with my mom-in-law, or hanging with my girls… it honestly feels like a mini vacation.

Just a few taps on the app, some sunshine, yummy food, and zero mom duties for a bit.

Then I head home feeling so refreshed and ready to love on my baby and family even better.

This has become one of my favorite ways to reset lately. You deserve these little moments too, friend.

No book, no advice, no story can truly prepare you for motherhood.

It’s a journey you have to walk yourself—one that asks you to lay down pieces of your old life, your sleep, your freedom, and sometimes even your sense of self, in ways you never imagined.

The sacrifices run deep and quiet.

Yet on the other side of those hard, holy days… you discover a love so fierce and expansive it redefines everything you thought you knew about your heart.

You don’t fully understand the weight, the wonder, or the privilege until you’re in it.

And once you are, you realize you’d choose it all over again in a heartbeat.

I was honestly so nervous about bringing baby Rowan along to Joshua Tree…

but it ended up being one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. I finally got to check Joshua Tree off my bucket list!🌵✅

We stayed at Wander Joshua Tree Elysium — this gorgeous 4-bedroom desert home with a huge pool + hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower (used it every day), and the most unreal sunsets.

It was the perfect mix of girls trip vibes and sweet family time.

4.5 months postpartum and still focused on my diastasis recti recovery. 💛

I’ve been consistent with my home workouts, but today I wanted real feedback — are these moves actually helping?🤔

I went to D1 Training for Personal Training and it hit different. 🔥

Their coaches have deep knowledge in exercise science and sports performance, and many are former athletes themselves. 🏆

Training alongside people who’ve been at the highest level and truly understand how to build a strong, functional body made me feel so much more supported and pushed in the best way.

By the end of the session I felt way more connected, educated on how to progress, and properly challenged — way harder than I ever push myself at home.

Exactly what this busy mama needed!
