Quitters Day - Don't be a Quitter!
Here are some tips to help you keep on track even when you feel like a quitting…
1. Remember why you started...for real, WHY did you begin this journey?
2. A setback doesn't have to set you back permanently. Take each choice you've made, identify how it made you feel (whether that is good or not-so-good) and move on with a fresh start and clean slate
3. Think ahead, just 5-10 minutes. How will this decision make you feel? It might be hitting snooze on your early alarm. In 10 minutes, will you feel regret for missing your workout or relief that you're getting the recovery you need?
