Using Finger limes as a vitamin C supplement every day in my meal.

It's finger limes harvest season now, and they are beautiful and a good size.

From Lindcove Research & Extension Center Citrus Fruit Display & Tasting. Such a wonderful event. They had 180 citrus varieties and I tasted over 100 of them.

Finger limes have three times the amount of vitamin C as oranges. Some people call them caviar limes because the citrus pearls in finger limes look like caviar. It’s rare fruit you can’t get in regular store. Chefs add finger limes to seafood, desserts, and even pasta! Also add in taco, sparkling water , and fruit increase their flavor. The finger lime pearls from our old tree come in different colors from same tree. white, amber, pink and red, most are white, which color you will get you will not know until you break it in half and watch the pearls emerge. it is always a pleasant surprise to see red pearls emerging as they are rare.

This year we have more guests, some good and some bad.
