I truly appreciate your continued support and trust in my services. Up until now, I have not had to implement or enforce a cancellation and no-show policy. However, due to the increased demand for appointments and my schedule now booking out 4-6 weeks in advance, I find it necessary to put a policy in place to better serve all of you.

Moving forward, I will be implementing a formal cancellation and no-show policy to ensure fairness for all clients and to make the most of available appointment times. This policy will help prevent last-minute gaps in my schedule and allow me to accommodate those who are waiting for an appointment.
