Peanut butter, rolled oats, plant-based protein powder, ground flax seeds, agave, unsweetened, cacao nibs, madjool dates.

Clean protein, like a fresh made protein bar. They will stay good in the refrigerator for up to seven days.

This is a great snack when you are feeling super hungry mid day and don’t want to get weighed down with a big meal.

Whelp, we have our official approval to open (omgggg!) and had planned to take a week to gear up, but I have one more food recipe and wellness shot recipe want to run past y’all before I finalize our daily menu!

Saturday from 8 to 12, we will have a limited menu to test out our last ideas before we have our grand opening next week.

Last night I was reviewing our recipes, and something was missing. We needed one more gluten-free and 100% vegan recipe. So I looked back through some of the meals I’ve prepared over the last couple of years, and this one popped out.

I love a healthy take on a recipe. Lemongrass tofu lettuce wraps one of my favorite refreshing go to lunches during warm weather. They are incredibly clean, but so vibrant with flavor with the lemongrass, mint, lime, and spring onion. Typically made with beef or chicken, and often fried, this recipe retains all the flavor of the lemongrass and citrus, but it’s more eco-friendly - and animal friendly 🥹

There’s been a request for wellness shots again! So I’d like to bring back a recipe which has helped me feel good. Something to support the immune system and energize as we transition from school year to summer. Fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, lemon, orange, Celtic mineral salt, cayenne pepper, and honey. This one packs a PUNCH! If you love our Be Well, but you want more spice and nutrients, this is it. It is spicy, but it’s not overwhelming. Technically, it’s not plant-based because of the honey, but we will source some good stuff from some happy bees. 🐝

Excited for next week when we finally get to be a full-fledged, open shop, seven days a week!

(I don’t know if you all have heard this, but opening up a restaurant, albeit a tiny one, is a lot of work! 🤣)

REMEDY KITCHEN

Gearing up to open! Super soon, we will be open seven days a week. Though we have found some great people for certain hours, but there are plenty of days left!

This position does not require any cooking, however each employee will learn about our cooking philosophy, details of our menu, and get to know our very special clients (many who have been with us since the beginning).

If you know if somebody who is personality plus kinda human, and available in the early mornings to early afternoon, send them our way!

Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds, be self-sufficient when working, doesn’t mind a bit of cleaning, likes talking to people, and into (or willing to learn about) being healthy.

FRESH OJ + SNACK BOX

This summer, when you’re headed to the beach, the pool, the park, the zoo… we have your healthy fresh snacks covered.

When we open, and you pop in with your little ones, they will have an option for something yummy to eat and drink! A smaller sized juice bottle and easy finger foods for your adventitious littles.

If you’re like me, I’m always scrambling to pack little noshes for my kids when we are on the go, and sometimes I just want somebody else to do the prep!
