Removed an old leaking PRV(that’s Pressure Regulating Valve for the Lappers), which was only regulating one half of the building, and installed a new PRV on the down stream side of the Backflow. So now the whole building is pressure regulated and no more leak.

Houston we have a problem!! Called out today for a RV dumping. Just a little whole in the diaphragm and some wore out check valve disc. Thanks to and rubber kit and now it’s working great. Thank you for choosing Baldwin Backflow Services.

I had to channel my inner Steve Irwin. Today we are tracking the elusive Wilkins 375XL. Ahhh there she is, what a beauty.

Water pressure was a little to higher for the RV. The water hammer keeper sucking out the RV disc. So I installed a PRV and problem solved.

Rerouted the condensate line for customer who’s condensate pump failed. Now it runs out side the house.

Out with old in with the new. My customer took out the old water heat him self, it was installed in 1991. Definitely on narrowed time.

Installed a Wilkins 975XL2 2” to isolate his domestic from his AG water, which are both feed from the same well. And before anyone comments that I should have added one on the domestic side too, there is an RP at the house.

Went out to a customer in Fallbrook, who’s Backflow failed its annual test by The RV was not opening, so I opened up the device, cleaned and lubricated everything and the 975XL work beautifully. There was one other problem, that wasn’t mentioned in the report, but I decided do that little extra for my customer. I made sure there was the proper 12” clearance below the RV vent and cleaned up around the Backflow. There’s a plumber who’s videos I like and he said something in one of his videos that has stuck with me. “Let’s keep our Profession Professional.” I just thought that was a brilliant statement.
