A Different January Reset: Subtract, Don’t Add January arrives with a subtle, familiar pressure. The kind that whispers: Set better goals. Be more disciplined. Get your life together.

How do I describe such an amazing experience that is staying @twboord with the most gracious host and amazing healer, Kim, and going to Dr. Nordstrom’s for two days of private training? I’d highly recommended their courses and considering a private training with them. By staying with Kim, it almost ensures that you will arrive for training grounded and open. As for my training? I’ll be returning to my practice with more tools in my toolbox for those who want to let go of their restrictions- physical and emotional, congenital and traumatic- to improve wellness and quality of life.

Fall at TWBoord. It is still quite warm in the daylight hours but the crisp air of fall is here as our gentle seasons change. The spiders are in full swing and the solar eclipse this morning was fun . Quite an odd season with plumeria still in bloom, paper whites coming up and a few watermelon still hugging the warm driveway not allowing the garden to be turned.
