It’s wine Wednesday and today we’re showcasing our Pinot Grigio from . Adobe Hill is a gorgeous hillside winery, here in town.

This delicious wine is made in the Ramato Style, a traditional Italian method of prolonging skin contact during fermentation. Resulting in a captivating copper color and a complex bouquet of acacia flowers, honeysuckle, orange peel, and apricot on both the nose and palate.

Tomorrow is the big day! Come cool off and get away from the crowd with us. We’ll have yummy Avocado themed drinks, an Avocado Fest themed menu, and our new “Del Avo”; hard chocolate covered avocado and lime custard on a bed of chocolate cookie crumbs.
